Here at Kumiai Ryu High Impact Martial Arts Studio in Orange we specialise in Traditional Karate, Muay Thai Boxing and Brazilian Ju Jitsu.

Our ethos is Courage, Respect and Honour. We instil courage in our students, courage to stand up for what is right, to stand up for themselves and to lead a good life. We are a very family oriented with many students training with their parents, children or significant other. Our students range from children as young as 3, learning life-long skills including but not limited to Confidence, Discipline, Concentration, Fitness and Self Defence. This achievable through the diverse skill set that our instructors possess and have learnt through their own martial arts journey and their passion for sharing this experience with all our students

Renshi Anthony Wharton

Accreditations

Renshi Anthony Wharton is a 6th Degree Black Belt with over 30 years’ experience in the martial arts industry. With a Bachelor of Human Movement, he is a practising PDHPE teacher as well as an owner of a 200+ member martial art school. Renshi has coached the Muay Thai Australia Team at numerous international events and has travelled the world learning a mixture of martial arts, specialising in Karate and Muay Thai. He has coached numerous Martial Art competitors at a State, National and International level.
