We have just introduced a new program – Mini Muay Thai for 3-5yrs. At this age, the focus isn’t on intensity, it’s on building strong foundations. Classes are engaging and playful while introducing basic Muay Thai movements in a way that’s easy for young kids to understand. Due to their age, techniques are simplified and controlled, with an emphasis on learning through repetition and structure. Your child will learn & gain –
