Terms and Conditions

These general conditions of sale govern the sale of products and services provided on the website www.krmas.com.au, managed by KRMAS Pty Ltd and buyers of the aforementioned assets of the same site.

www.krmas.com.au reserves the right to change at any time the following general conditions of sale, reporting them promptly on its portal.
These terms and conditions of sale come into force from the moment they are accepted by the customer. This acceptance is provided at the time the order is submitted. Following the purchase, it is excluded any right of the Customer to compensation for damages or indemnity, as well as for any contractual or non-contractual liability related to direct or indirect damages, resulting in the non-acceptance, even partial, of the following conditions of sale.
In case of unforeseen absence of the goods and failure to accept the order, the Customer will not be charged.

  1. Right of withdrawal
    Pursuant to Article 49, paragraph 4 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), if the customer is a consumer, has the right to withdraw from the trial contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty.
  2. Withdrawal form
    Once the aforementioned notice of withdrawal has been received, www.krmas.com.au will provide no later than 2 working days to inform the Customer of the instructions on how to delete the trial contract and terminate the trial period.
  3. Method of purchase
    The correct receipt of the order is recorded and confirmed by the www.krmas.com.au website, with the sending of an e-mail to the e-mail address communicated by the Customer during registration to the portal.
    The Stripe.com or Paypal.com order receipt email will show Date and Time of purchase, and “Order Number”.
  4. Customer data
    It is in the customer’s interest to register with real data and to keep the information constantly updated.
  5. Invoice request
    It is possible to request the invoice issue specifying it in the order notes, together with the necessary data (Company name, address, BSB number).
    If not specified otherwise during the purchase phase, the receipt will be issued.
  6. Method of payment
    The purchase of goods at www.krmas.com.au can be made by Credit Card or Paypal.
    1. Credit card
      Payment by credit card is via a secure Stripe or PayPal server.
      The e-mails confirming the payment will be sent, therefore with a Stripe or PayPal header and, to avoid problems, www.krmas.com.au will never be aware of the Customer’s sensitive data.
    2. Pay Pal

      Thanks to the PayPal platform, payments are made with the maximum security and confidentiality of data, using a secure and SSL encrypted protocol.
      PayPal, has the most advanced security protocols to date existing, such as 3D Secure fraud protection systems, designed and developed to authenticate payments on the web.
      You will need to enter the CV2 Code, consisting of the last three digits on the back of the credit card, in order to verify that the person making the payment is really in possession of the card.
      The customer must create his own PayPal account to be able to register credit card data, thus avoiding having to enter them with every purchase.

  7. Legal guarantee of conformity
    1. What is the legal guarantee of conformity?
      The consumption code provides the warranty for customers on the compliance of the purchased good or service provided. It is a form that certifies the correspondence between what is promoted and how much is sold.

  8. Settlement of disputes
    We inform the Consumer resident in Europe that the European Commission has established an online platform that provides an alternative dispute resolution tool.
    This tool can be used by the European Consumer to resolve in a non-judicial manner any dispute relating to contracts for the sale of goods and services stipulated in the network and / or deriving from them.
    Consequently, if the Customer is a Consumer established in Europe, he can use this platform for the resolution of any dispute arising from the online contract stipulated on this site.

  10. Applicable law
    The contract of sale between the customer and www.krmas.com.au is stipulated and concluded in Australia and regulated by the Australian law.
    For the solution of civil and criminal disputes arising from the stipulation and conclusion of this contract of distance selling, the territorial jurisdiction is that of residence of the client.
